Nugget Complete Setup Guide

How to set up and use Nugget to unlock features on your iOS device.

Prerequisites

  • A device running iOS 16.0 - 16.6.1 (or up to 18.0 Beta with proper setup).
  • A computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux) with Python 3 installed.
  • "Find My iPhone" DISABLED temporarily (required for the restore process).

1Download Nugget

Visit the Nugget App Page and download the latest release compatible with your operating system.

2Connect and Run

  1. Connect your iPhone to your computer via USB (Trust the computer if prompted).
  2. Open the Nugget tool (or run the python main.py script via terminal).
  3. Wait for the tool to detect your device.
  4. Select the features you want to enable (e.g., Dynamic Island, 80% Charge Limit) from the menu.
  5. Click "Apply". The tool will begin generating a modified backup file.

3Restore Backup

Your device will automatically prompt you to restore the modified backup.

Note: This restore only affects system configuration files. It does not wipe your user data (photos, messages, apps).

Proceed with the restore on your device. Once completed, your device will reboot.

After the reboot, the changes should be active! You may need to configure specific settings (like turning on Dynamic Island in Settings) for them to appear.
